Well if you craving a bit of the Dominican Republic cuisine give his place a try. My bonita server, Lee or Leela? Though she was short on English skills was smiley and very attentive . Always serving dishes on your right side as it is the proper way of doing this task. The empanadas were light crisp and fluffy. (take a few home) The coconut fish fillet was delightful. I was too full for the coconut flan but it looked outstanding. Note : ( my only issue was the designers' of the roadway and parking lot. Why are they so cheap or stupid that you are unable to traverse from one lot to another. Making it necessary for you to travel on, in this case, PINE Is. My Garmin GPS had me in circle!!! ) But do not let this deter you from a nice eating experience.

Their food was delish. Definitely homemade, I had the chicken soup and it brought my childhood back. Prices are good, friendly staff. They have mangu upon request only.

Very cute place. This has to be one of the best Dominincan restaurants in SW Florida I've been to thus far. I enjoyed the food and service was also great.

Amazing and authentic Latin food! We started off with beef empanadas which were served hot and fresh. The meat was so flavorful and not dry. We also bought some beers and they were the coldest beers we've ever had....served in the icy bottle and with a frosted mug!! When out entrees came out we were astonished with the portion sizes. We ordered a variety of meals so we could try a little bit of everything. Mofongo with camarrones (shrimp), thin flat ironed steak with onions, fried pork chop, white rice with beans, maduros (sweet plantains) and tostones (fried plantains). It was all delicious and comforting, as if we were back in the islands! The owners and staff were very friendly and the restaurant was spotless. Very nicely decorated and not over done. There's a bar, a pool table and plenty of space to dance. Also great for families!

This Caribbean restaurant has the best tasting Dominican food in Southwest Florida! When you walk in here, it feels like someone took a slice of the Dominican Republic and planted it right on Pine Island Rd. The restaurant is very clean both in the front and in the back of the house. The restrooms are spotless. The décor is traditional and includes authentic artwork and instruments, which are staples of the country. The service is spot on! The servers are attentive and are willing to accommodate food requests. If your gonna order a beer, make sure to ask for a Presidente Beer. I guarantee it will come out super cold just the way it should. My compliments to the cooks!!! The food is delicious! It's hard to find good food of any kind in the Cape, but good Spanish food is really hard to come by. The menu is simple with key items which are typical for Dominican food. Rice, beans, plantains, and meats. Nothing too complicated, yet the meals taste just like mom made it!!! If you are a local, visiting family, or a tourist... Add this restaurant to your places to go to, because if you are looking for good food that will satisfy any appetite, Punta Cana Cafe is the place to be.

Great atmosphere, great food. Excited for Latin night Thursday, can't wait to go back. Lunch specials are on point for the money. Owner was great, server was fantastic. Priced right. Everyone is welcome.......

Really good dominican food, pero the price does not reflect the serving portions and the fact that theres hardly no restaurant next to it except a golden coral they really should alter price or at least have a lunch special. No reason to be paying 12 bucks for a Dominican burger with no fries.
